Fitness Programs General Information

A healthy community is a happy community. Come get to know your neighbors as you work towards a healthier lifestyle. Additional details for each program are listed on their individual webpage. We currently offer the following programs:

POUND Fitness Classes 
POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Yoga Classes
As of late June 2020, plans are in place to offer Yoga classes beginning Fall of 2020. Please check back for more information when it is released.
