Current Classes Available for Registration
April 21st, and 28th: May 5th - Cinco De Mayo POUND, TUESDAY May 10th, May 19th, May 26: June 3rd, June 9th, June 16th, June 23rd, and June 30th
Classes are from 6:00p - 7:00p unless otherwise noted.
Participants MUST register before participating.
Participants are HIGHLY encouraged to register before arriving to class to ensure there's enough space in class. Participants may register for class when they show up, but only if space is available and they use their own device (i.e. mobile phone) and a credit card to register.
Cash and checks are not accepted at the door. Those wishing to pay with cash or check may register for POUND at the Madison County Recreation Department's office during business hours.

Where is this taking place?
All classes will meet at the Old Danielsville Gym.
When are classes?
Check the information above for our current class offerings. Classes start at 6:00pm and will last about an hour.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes! Bring a yoga mat (or similar), water, and a workout towel. Ripsticks are provided!
What about any age restrictions?
For these sessions, we're asking that you be at least 13 years old. Those under the age of 18 must have their legal parent/guardian present during class. Give us a call if you have children younger than that who are interested.
What does it cost?
Individual sessions are $10 per person, but if you sign up for four sessions at the time of registration, you'll get the fourth one free! To receive this discount, you must register for four sessions at a time. You will not receive the discount if you register for classes on two separate occasions. Payment for one session is not transferable to another session.
How many people will be in each class?
We have enough equipment for 27 participants. If a week is sold out, please contact email@example.com and we'll see if we can borrow more equipment.
Will you offer additional classes than what's listed?
We hope to, yes! The more the merrier so invite a friend to register too. Check back for additional sessions.
Meet Your Instructor
Jessica Andrews, POUND Instructor
Jessica Andrews is a native of Madison County. She has experience instructing group fitness classes at Crunch Fitness in Athens and through obtaining her POUND Pro certification. POUND has become so much more than a workout for Jessica. It has helped boost her confidence and makes her feel empowered! Connecting and becoming one with the music during POUND fitness classes is her favorite part of the day. She's eager to share this fun cardio jam session with everyone. "Come rock out with me! See y'all there, rockstars!" Jessica is also an Air Force wife, mom to three amazing little boys, and a veterinary technician.
