Registration & Payment - a firm deadline will be established for each month’s class offerings.  There will be NO LATE REGISTRATION.  Registration & Payment must be received by the stated deadline.

Place - All Classes will meet at the Old Danielsville Gym in the classroom located closest to Hwy. 29.


Note: If you have a credit for classes not held, you will need to register in the office to receive your credit.

Registration Information

Instructor - All classes taught by Cheryl Venable, a certified Yoga instructor

Class Minimum – The class minimum is 5 registrants.  If the class has fewer than 5 registrants, the class will be canceled. If the class is canceled you will be notified via the email address you use for online registration and a refund will be issued.

Class Descriptions
All Courses: Modifications will be given for each pose, allowing each participant to reach their individual potential.  Each course will be group instructed to focus on proper poses, stretching, agility, strength, and breathing.  Equipment needed: towel, yoga mat, bottle of water.

ALIGN & FLOW YOGA: This one-hour course is designed on the fundamentals of yoga poses to strengthen all areas of the body using a sequence of yoga poses.  The participants will be using sequence flows that will start off standing then advancing to the mat for upper body strengthening.  Stretching and strengthening your muscles will increase range of motion of the body, improving flexibility and muscle tone. Modification will be given for each pose, allowing each participant to reach their individual potential.  The pace of this class is designed so all participants will receive the benefits of each yoga sequence flow.  Some of the benefits of yoga are increased muscle tone and strength, improves flexibility, mobility, posture and balance, helps with concentration, anxiety, depression and stress. 

Participants level: Moderate

Participants who will benefits from this class: Anyone who wants to work on body tone, strength and flexibility, relieve stress.


BODIES IN MOTION YOGA – This one-hour course is designed on the fundamentals of yoga poses to strengthen all areas of the body using a sequence of yoga poses and longer hold poses.  The participants will be using sequence flows that will start off standing then advancing to the mat, going back to standing sequences.  Stretching and strengthening your muscles will increase range of motion of the body, improving flexibility and muscle tone. Modification will be given for each pose, allowing each participant to reach their individual potential.  The pace of this class is designed so all participants will receive the benefits of each yoga sequence flow.  Some of the benefits of yoga are increased muscle tone and strength, improves flexibility, mobility, posture and balance, helps with concentration, anxiety, depression and stress.

Participants level: Intermediate

Participants who will benefits from this class: Anyone who wants to work on body tone, strength and flexibility, relieve stress.

FLEX & STRETCH YOGA – This one-hour course is designed on the fundamentals of yoga poses to stretch all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.   The participants will use poses and sequence flows to develop body flow in strength and balance.  Stretching your muscles will increase range of motion of the body and improving flexibility. Modification will be given for each pose, allowing each participant to reach their individual potential.  The pace of this class is designed so all participants will receive the benefits of each yoga pose.  Some of the benefits of yoga are increased muscle tone and strength, improves flexibility, mobility, posture and balance, helps with concentration, anxiety, depression and stress. 

Participants level: Beginners & Intermediate

Participants who will benefits from this class: New to yoga, Seniors, anyone having issues with balance, flexibility, mobility, wanting to build muscle tone.

RESTORATIVE YOGA – This one-hour course is designed on the fundamentals of yoga poses to strength the body in balance, muscle tone, flexibility and relaxing the mind. The participants will use poses and sequence flows to develop body flow in strength and balance.  Modification will be given for each pose, allowing each participant to reach their individual potential.  The pace of this class is designed so all participants will receive the benefits of each yoga pose.  Some of the benefits of yoga are increased muscle tone and strength, improves flexibility, mobility, posture and balance, helps with concentration, anxiety, depression and stress. 

Participants level: Beginners & Intermediate

Participants who will benefits from this class: New to yoga, Seniors, anyone having issues with balance, flexibility, mobility, wanting to build muscle tone.
