Requests for Proposal

The following proposals are being requested for 2027 budget purposes.  The county operates on a fiscal year of January to December.  All proposals are due by Thursday, September 3, 2026.  These are time specific and details are indicated within the proposal packet material.

RFP - Concessionaire 2027

The Madison County Recreation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, businesses, concessionaires, and food truck operators interested in providing food and beverage services at department athletic facilities and events during the 2027 calendar year. This Request for Proposals is intended for those interested in establishing a contractual relationship with Madison County to operate and manage one or more concession stands or approved food trucks at the following locations:

• Sammy Haggard Park

• Brewer Phillips Sports Complex

• Diamond Hill Softball Complex

• Cliff Mize Park

• Other Madison County Recreation Department facilities or event locations, as requested

Proposers may submit a proposal to operate all locations, individual locations, or a combination of locations. Madison County reserves the right to award one contract for all locations or separate contracts to multiple vendors when determined to be in the best interest of the County.

RFP - Sports & Special Event Photography Services 2027

The Madison County Recreation Department (MCRD) is seeking proposals from qualified professional photographers to provide photography services for the department's athletic programs, community events, and special activities under a one-year contractual agreement. The selected photographer will capture high-quality action photography, candid moments, promotional images, and community engagement that showcases the positive impact of Department’s programs. Images will be utilized for marketing, social media, websites, printed publications, grant applications, annual reports, and other department communications.
