The following proposals are being requested for 2027 budget purposes. The county operates on a fiscal year of January to December. All proposals are due by Friday, May 15, 2026. These are time specific and details are indicated within the proposal packet material.
RFP - Grounds Management Services 2027 (26-04)
Madison County Recreation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services for all park facilities. The intent of this RFP is to select a contractor capable of delivering consistent, high-quality landscape care that maintains the health, safety, and appearance of the property.
RFP - Athletic Equipment 2027 (26-02)
Madison County Recreation Department is soliciting proposals in order to identify individuals and/or businesses to supply athletic equipment for their athletic seasons; spring, fall, and winter. The department operates the following sports: baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, tee ball, cross country and basketball with potential new program of flag football. This RFP is designed for those interested in creating a contract relationship to provide athletic equipment for the department.

RFP - Non-Traditional Program Apparel 2027 (26-03)
Madison County Recreation Department is soliciting proposals in order to identify individuals and/or businesses to supply apparel for their non-traditional programs and events. These programs include, but are not limited to: Collins School of Dance, Summer Day Camp, Halloween in the Park, Christmas in Comer Reindeer Run, etc. This RFP is designed for those interested in creating a contract relationship to provide apparel for the department’s programs and events.
