CROSS COUNTRY

Boys & Girls (Ages 6-18)

Age Control Date: December 31, 2025

All runners are provided a jersey and shorts by MCRD. Runners must provide their own socks and running shoes.

Summer Practice Times

Meet at SHP Track on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm

Starting July 10th

Fall Practice Times

Meet at SHP Track on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm

Practice will begin early August and run through the beginning of October. Practice and home meets will be held at Sammy Haggard Park/Brewer Phillips Sports Complex. All practices will be scheduled so that participants can participate in both Cross Country AND play another sport in the same season.  Away meets will be held at surrounding agency departments.  This is also the All-Stars season; runners will participate in the GRPA State Cross Country Meet.
