Classes are from 6:30pm-7:30pm unless otherwise noted.
Participants MUST register before participating.
Participants are HIGHLY encouraged to register before arriving to class to ensure there's enough space in class. Participants may register for class when they show up, but only if space is available and they use their own device (i.e. mobile phone) and a credit card to register.
Cash and checks are not accepted at the door. Those wishing to pay with cash or check may register for yoga classes at the Madison County Recreation Department's office during business hours.
Where is this taking place?
All classes will meet at the Old Danielsville Gym located at 91 Albany Ave, Danielsville.
When are classes?
Check the information above for our current class offerings. Classes start at 6:30pm and will last about an hour.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes! Bring a yoga mat (or similar), water, and a workout towel.Â
What about any age restrictions?
For these sessions, we're asking that you be at least 13 years old. Those under the age of 18 must have their legal parent/guardian present during class. Give us a call if you have children younger than that who are interested.
What does it cost?
Individual sessions are $10 per person.
Will you offer additional classes than what's listed?
We hope to, yes! The more the merrier so invite a friend to register too. Check back for additional sessions.
Meet Your Instructor
Lisa has worked in higher education, health, fitness, and wellness for over 15 years and currently serves as the Assistant Director for Fitness & Wellness at the University of Georgia. She is a NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach), NASM Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, CES (Cancer Exercise Specialist), and USATF Level 1 Coach. Lisa has taught various fitness class formats including Pilates, yoga, cycling, barre, step aerobics, HIIT, and strength. She holds a MEd in Sport Management, a BS in Exercise Science, and a minor in Coaching. Her objective during class is to help you feel energized, challenged, and encouraged!
